Jefferson Farfán blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Vieira having to make a save. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Elias Arnedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilson Prestes in the 8th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sandro Viking in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Vieira saved Inazuma Japan from getting behind. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Inazuma Japan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jefferson Farfán was slow to take the kick. During this time Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Inazuma Japan's Dito Madureira got a free kick in the 13th minute. Zé Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jefferson Farfán, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Jefferson Farfán blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Vieira having to make a save. 24 minutes into the match, Inazuma Japan's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson Farfán came free, but Zé Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson Farfán in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre were awarded a corner. Jefferson Farfán went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Rodrigo Fahl getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 33rdth minute of the game Jefferson Farfán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inazuma Japan's Zé Vieira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 38th minute Armando Amestoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Inazuma Japan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! Zé Vieira had in the 41stth minute some difficulties stopping Jefferson Farfán's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Jefferson Farfán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sandro Viking was the one to do the kick off. Jefferson Farfán might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Vieira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jefferson Farfán ran back to his position shaking his head. Zé Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jefferson Farfán in the 52nd minute of the match. Jefferson Farfán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Jefferson Farfán got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 57 minutes, Jefferson Farfán managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jefferson Farfán was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Jefferson Farfán dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zé Vieira, 0-1. When Jefferson Farfán came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jefferson Farfán couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the match, Inazuma Japan's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson Farfán came free, but Zé Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Jefferson Farfán sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Vieira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 73rd play minutes Jefferson Farfán shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Zé Vieira and just under the crossbar into goal. 76 minutes into the match, Jefferson Farfán dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zé Vieira, 0-3. After 78 minutes of play, Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Jefferson Farfán made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Vieira was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81stth minute of the game Jefferson Farfán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inazuma Japan's Zé Vieira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zé Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson Farfán in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes Inazuma Japan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jefferson Farfán who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Jefferson Farfán to fire away a dangerous shot which Zé Vieira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Jefferson Farfán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 96th minute Jefferson Farfán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
