Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dito Ramos made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, MIK Focus ŽILINA's Bengt-Arne Glad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Otávio Penha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Erik Antunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as MIK Focus ŽILINA's Lukáč Hanigovský slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Otávio Penha. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Otávio Penha was a little too slow when Jarne Vloeberghs got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 2-0. Lukáč Hanigovský fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otávio Penha having to interfere. Jarne Vloeberghs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Otávio Penha made a huge save. In the 32nd minute MIK Focus ŽILINA were awarded a corner. Stancho Basarov went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Jarne Vloeberghs heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 35 minutes into the match, MIK Focus ŽILINA's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Antunes came free, but Ladislav Vališ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladislav Vališ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by MIK Focus ŽILINA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Iuri Ortiz was slow to take the kick. During this time Icoara Football Club's players had a chance to rest. Lukáč Hanigovský could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Otávio Penha made a huge save. If Jarne Vloeberghs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the game, Jarne Vloeberghs recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Otávio Penha. Jarne Vloeberghs showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bengt-Arne Glad might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Otávio Penha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bengt-Arne Glad ran back to his position shaking his head. Bengt-Arne Glad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Otávio Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ben Macrez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Icoara Football Club's Otávio Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremy Olvera in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Jarne Vloeberghs managed to get in a good position for a shot. MIK Focus ŽILINA's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarne Vloeberghs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Otávio Penha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute, Ben Macrez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MIK Focus ŽILINA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. MIK Focus ŽILINA were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Icoara Football Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stancho Basarov took the corner. In the 75th minute Bengt-Arne Glad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otávio Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 minutes of play, MIK Focus ŽILINA's Bengt-Arne Glad made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Otávio Penha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bengt-Arne Glad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Jeremy Olvera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MIK Focus ŽILINA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bengt-Arne Glad in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Otávio Penha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Otávio Penha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ben Macrez went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Otávio Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Glad, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Jarne Vloeberghs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Otávio Penha. Icoara Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jarne Vloeberghs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. MIK Focus ŽILINA had played much better football throughout.
