Mehat Kovaçi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Kjell Sjöö made a huge save. Mehat Kovaçi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kjell Sjöö came out and tried to block the shot, but Mehat Kovaçi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 24th minute. In the 27th match minute, Curiphila Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Reis to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute Equipo were awarded a corner. Juliusz Cezar went to the cornerflag to take it. Mehat Kovaçi might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kjell Sjöö. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehat Kovaçi ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Kjell Sjöö had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehat Kovaçi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehat Kovaçi in the 37th minute of play forced Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Kjell Sjöö to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Curiphila Eagles's Kjell Sjöö played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehat Kovaçi in the 38th minute of play.
