The crowd rose to their feet as Mihail Dumitras kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Van Halen. That made the score 1-1 in the 7 minute of play. Вежен's Van Halen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Вежен from getting a goal against them. Bono Chotov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Havier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Вежен's Oscar Havier got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Isidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Van Halen having to interfere. Вежен's Van Halen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Michnik in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Havier in the 30th minute of play forced ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's goalkeeper Bono Chotov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Oscar Havier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bono Chotov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Havier in the 32nd minute of the match. Вежен's Martyn Efremov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bono Chotov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Вежен were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Martyn Efremov took the corner. The corner ended in Martyn Efremov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ's Bono Chotov did a great save. After having played for 43 minutes, Oscar Havier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Вежен's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Havier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bono Chotov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oscar Havier went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar Havier in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bono Chotov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Van Halen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihail Dumitras's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Bono Chotov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Havier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Alonso made in the 66th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Вежен's Elin Kechedzhiev. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Gumaro in the 71st minute of play forced Вежен's goalkeeper Van Halen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Вежен booed when ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Mut didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Вежен's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Michnik came free, but Van Halen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ＡＣＡＤＥＭＩＡ נυηєℓυ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bono Chotov should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute Leopoldo Isidor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Van Halen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar Havier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Bono Chotov made a huge save.
