Ted Kobbeltvedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslav Šípka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miroslav Šípka in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ted Kobbeltvedt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ted Kobbeltvedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Makaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Ivan Makaj took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ted Kobbeltvedt. Ted Kobbeltvedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 19th minute, Hemming Glykær hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miroslav Šípka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ted Kobbeltvedt having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Miroslav Šípka notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt. Ted Kobbeltvedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ted Kobbeltvedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Makaj in the 65th minute of play. Miroslav Šípka who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Ted Kobbeltvedt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunvald Mitens in the 70th minute of play forced Burning Angels's goalkeeper František Huba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Burning Angels's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Willy Reitoft was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Drik's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Denis Schubring got away a dangerous shot. Despite this František Huba quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hemming Glykær sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernst Barskov during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ernst Barskov hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match.
