Aldo Paganelli kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Aurelio Di Luca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witomir Pisarczyk in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Aaron Mikolas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Atletico San Jacopino's Fedele Marzo got a free kick in the 7th minute. Aurelio Di Luca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerardo Lordi in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Er Didia came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Atletico San Jacopino getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ferruccio Nicolai hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Atletico San Jacopino's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Luca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerardo Lordi. In the 18th minute, Alessandro Federici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Aurelio Di Luca managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Santa Margarita's Gerardo Lordi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 21st minute, Gerardo Lordi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Witomir Pisarczyk struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Aurelio Di Luca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santa Margarita. An unexpectedly hard shot by Er Didia in the 29th minute of play forced Santa Margarita's goalkeeper Pontus Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 31 in the game by Gerardo Lordi from a close distance when the talented Aurelio Di Luca managed to make a qualified save. Atletico San Jacopino's players were relieved. Aurelio Di Luca made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Gerardo Lordi sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute Er Didia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andréas Hasselqvist came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aurelio Di Luca could save by the left post. Santa Margarita's Gerardo Lordi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aurelio Di Luca in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gerardo Lordi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Aurelio Di Luca skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pontus Nordström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Marzo in the 43rd minute of the match. After 47 played minutes Atletico San Jacopino got a freekick which was hit by Ferruccio Nicolai. Eduardo De Francesco was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Er Didia to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Er Didia came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Er Didia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Lordi in the 56th minute of play forced Atletico San Jacopino's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Luca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Lordi in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelio Di Luca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Atletico San Jacopino's Aurelio Di Luca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witomir Pisarczyk in the 60th minute of play. After 66 minutes of play, Santa Margarita's Witomir Pisarczyk made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelio Di Luca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Santa Margarita's Mauro Icardi was substituted for Witomir Pisarczyk. Atletico San Jacopino made a substitution. Nik Tjæder replaced Amos Atroce. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atletico San Jacopino's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Luca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mauro Icardi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelio Di Luca having to make a save. Santa Margarita made a substitution. Wendell Davids replaced Enzo Peruxu. After 88 minutes Atletico San Jacopino's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eduardo De Francesco who took care of the corner kick. Santa Margarita's Eduardo De Francesco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aurelio Di Luca in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eduardo De Francesco kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Santa Margarita's Mauro Icardi got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santa Margarita's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
