When Argentinos Juniors's Eleuterio Milian in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Saubrigues's goalie prevented a goal. Mathys Mora made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Sven de Zwaan sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th minute, Bartlomiej Mosiniak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eleuterio Milian in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathys Mora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petruț Fințescu in the 19th minute of play forced FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper Mathys Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Sven de Zwaan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mathys Mora. Sven de Zwaan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. After 23 played minutes FC Saubrigues got a freekick which was hit by Alphonse Keita. The audience cheered when Leon Richie's long shot passed Mathys Mora's right side. It was 4-0, 24 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the FC Saubrigues defense, Sven de Zwaan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathys Mora. The FC Saubrigues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathys Mora should have stopped the shot. In the 31st minute, Petruț Fințescu made a precise shot to the right of Mathys Mora. FC Saubrigues's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. A hard shot 34 in the game by Sven de Zwaan from a close distance when the talented Mathys Mora managed to make a qualified save. FC Saubrigues's players were relieved. 36 minutes into the match, FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper Mathys Mora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven de Zwaan. 38 minutes into the match, Sven de Zwaan notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of FC Saubrigues's Mathys Mora. Mathys Mora was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leon Richie, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mathys Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Falch in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to FC Saubrigues getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Adrien Cariou hit a great ball. Sven de Zwaan took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathys Mora. Mathys Mora dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raphaël Giacometti to make the kick off. After 55 minutes of play, Argentinos Juniors's Petruț Fințescu made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mathys Mora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alphonse Keita's late challenge caught a Argentinos Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alphonse Keita helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Argentinos Juniors booed when FC Saubrigues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alphonse Keita didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 played minutes, Argentinos Juniors's Leon Richie shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mathys Mora came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Argentinos Juniors reached it. When Raphaël Giacometti came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the FC Saubrigues fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raphaël Giacometti couldn't finish the play. Mathys Mora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petruț Fințescu in the 67th minute of the match. The Argentinos Juniors fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Argentinos Juniors's Petruț Fințescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Argentinos Juniors made a substitution. Diego Gonzales replaced Eleuterio Milian. In the 73rd minute, Sven de Zwaan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argentinos Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Mathys Mora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Falch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Diego Gonzales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathys Mora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argentinos Juniors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leon Richie in the 83rd minute. The corner led Argentinos Juniors's Leon Richie to fire away a dangerous shot which Mathys Mora despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 84th minute Diego Gonzales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathys Mora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Diego Gonzales had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mathys Mora. FC Saubrigues's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Gonzales was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0.
