After a rather tough play, PREZULO FC's Franz Beckenbauer got a free kick in the 4th minute. When Marquinhos Santos came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the PREZULO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marquinhos Santos couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goalkeeper Dražen Ladić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. PREZULO FC were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Shi Xi Zhen took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jonathan Otto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dražen Ladić quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rolando Mingo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Marcelo Cordero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarbas Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of PREZULO FC booed when Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Llorenc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dražen Ladić made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Marquinhos Santos sent off a good shot on target. Marquinhos Santos might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dražen Ladić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marquinhos Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. Marquinhos Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Dražen Ladić made a huge save. After some careless play in the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT defense, Marquinhos Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dražen Ladić. The Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dražen Ladić should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelo Cordero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Marcelo Cordero came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo Cordero couldn't finish the play. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos Santos in the 62nd minute of play. After 66 minutes, Ana Cristina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PREZULO FC and the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT players grew even worse after the yellow card. PREZULO FC made a substitution. Isaac Ferreira replaced Santiago Eriksen. In the 68th match minute, PREZULO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ana Cristina to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Cordero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Jarbas Quadros made a huge save. Marquinhos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Dražen Ladić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT made a substitution. Zheng Jing Feng replaced Marcelo Cordero. The throw-in from Luciano Guib in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Martín Ferreyra. Luciano Guib hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dražen Ladić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Luciano Guib made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Martín Ferreyra. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PREZULO FC had played much better football throughout.
