Ignacy Sowa might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geovânio Hoffmann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ignacy Sowa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 11th minute Olímpico FC were awarded a corner. Agnaldo Carneiro went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Olímpico FC's Osmar Travassos to fire away a dangerous shot which Tiburcio Guerrero despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. David Aiach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Tiburcio Guerrero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Abel Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the game, Abel Carvalho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tiburcio Guerrero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Geovânio Hoffmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacy Sowa in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind LOTOS WARSZAWA's goalkeeper Tiburcio Guerrero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to LOTOS WARSZAWA getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Beniamin Snaza hit a great ball. In the 36th minute David Aiach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Guerrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38thth minute of the game David Aiach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOTOS WARSZAWA's Tiburcio Guerrero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute Ignacy Sowa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovânio Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LOTOS WARSZAWA's Tiburcio Guerrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Aiach in the 42nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Abel Carvalho could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Tiburcio Guerrero however easily saved by the left post. In the 44th minute Olímpico FC were awarded a corner. Agnaldo Carneiro went to the cornerflag to take it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Tiburcio Guerrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Carvalho in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd match minute, Olímpico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Aiach to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Olímpico FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Abel Carvalho hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Aiach in the 59th minute of play forced LOTOS WARSZAWA's goalkeeper Tiburcio Guerrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Abel Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiburcio Guerrero was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If David Aiach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, David Aiach notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of LOTOS WARSZAWA's Tiburcio Guerrero. Tiburcio Guerrero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Carvalho in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiburcio Guerrero saved LOTOS WARSZAWA from getting behind. Tiburcio Guerrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Aiach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Olímpico FC's David Aiach in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LOTOS WARSZAWA's goalie prevented a goal. Olímpico FC were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after LOTOS WARSZAWA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Agnaldo Carneiro took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of LOTOS WARSZAWA's goalie and right to Gildo Linares. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. LOTOS WARSZAWA's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Tiburcio Guerrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Carvalho in the 87th minute of the match. After 90 minutes of play, Olímpico FC's David Aiach made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiburcio Guerrero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olímpico FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of LOTOS WARSZAWA for a fine match.
