The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nicolás DAndrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flóki Ólafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Bai Le Xi made in the 12th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Defensores del Ángel Gris's Andres Reynardo. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Rikard Smefeldt took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Nicolás DAndrea to make any attempt to save it. After 17 minutes of play, Fomac FK's Flóki Ólafsson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolás DAndrea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Defensores del Ángel Gris's Nicolás DAndrea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Defensores del Ángel Gris from getting a goal against them. After 28 minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tobias Stenström who took care of the corner kick. In the 31st minute, Eleuterio Chabier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Defensores del Ángel Gris fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Defensores del Ángel Gris's Nicolás DAndrea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Defensores del Ángel Gris from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the match, Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalkeeper Nicolás DAndrea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eddie Sörman. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eleuterio Chabier made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flóki Ólafsson in the 53rd minute of play forced Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalkeeper Nicolás DAndrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Defensores del Ángel Gris's Frederick Toeback managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bai Le Xi in the 54 minute of the game. Eleuterio Chabier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ross Barber having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Reynardo in the 59th minute of play forced Fomac FK's goalkeeper Ross Barber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute Defensores del Ángel Gris were awarded a corner. Ingmar Hellkvist went to the cornerflag to take it. After 61 played minutes Fomac FK got a freekick which was hit by Bai Le Xi. Eleuterio Chabier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ross Barber having to interfere. Nicolás DAndrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flóki Ólafsson in the 65th minute of the match. Nicolás DAndrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Smefeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Chabier in the 68th minute of play forced Fomac FK's goalkeeper Ross Barber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Defensores del Ángel Gris's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Sörman came free, but Nicolás DAndrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chavdar Hesapchiev hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Flóki Ólafsson struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Nicolás DAndrea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fomac FK. Fomac FK's Robert Hermansson was substituted for Eddie Sörman. Bai Le Xi hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Defensores del Ángel Gris's Eleuterio Chabier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ross Barber narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fomac FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ingmar Hellkvist was slow to take the kick. During this time Defensores del Ángel Gris's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Defensores del Ángel Gris's Carmelo Musko to fire away a dangerous shot which Ross Barber despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ross Barber stood somewhat misplaced when Carmelo Musko came free in front of goal and shot 3-2 to the left of him in the 85 minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Flóki Ólafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fomac FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Flóki Ólafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolás DAndrea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
