After a rather tough play, VC zoetwater's Armand De Hoef got a free kick in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Sharkin came free, but Albino Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, VC zoetwater's Bernardo Sharkin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Albino Maiorga. Albino Maiorga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Bernardo Sharkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albino Maiorga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Sharkin in the 23rd minute of the match. A collision led to VC zoetwater getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Robert Wells hit a great ball. Albino Maiorga came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by VC zoetwater's Bernardo Sharkin. But to his dismay, Bernardo Sharkin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Camilo Azubeli managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tom Van der Veeken in the 30 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danial Boon in the 31st minute of play forced VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Gong Ying Zheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gong Ying Zheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Boon in the 32nd minute of play. The corner led VC zoetwater's Patrik Olsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Albino Maiorga despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gong Ying Zheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Boon in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to VC zoetwater getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Patrik Olsson hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the game, Pascual Pomelin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VC zoetwater the free kick. After 46 played minutes Deportivo Pomelo Nenene got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Pomelin. After 46 played minutes, VC zoetwater's Anthony Dumont shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Albino Maiorga came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in VC zoetwater reached it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ciro Feo hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. 52 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Gusztáv Bács came free, but Albino Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandre Tepedino got free with Gong Ying Zheng in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albino Maiorga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Dumont, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Robert Wells in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Camilo Azubeli. After 58 played minutes Deportivo Pomelo Nenene got a freekick which was hit by Kasimir Kroonpea. 63 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Dumont came free, but Albino Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Sharkin in the 65th minute of play. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Bartolo Oso was substituted for Alexandre Tepedino. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Joaquin Louis was substituted for Kasimir Kroonpea. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene made a substitution. Ezequiel Lluques replaced Gong Jun Jian. 71 minutes in the game Ezequiel Lluques did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Joaquin Louis. In the 77th minute, Danial Boon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Deportivo Pomelo Nenene defense, Bernardo Sharkin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albino Maiorga. The Deportivo Pomelo Nenene fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albino Maiorga should have stopped the shot. Albino Maiorga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gusztáv Bács, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. VC zoetwater were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anthony Dumont took the corner. In the 87thth minute of the game Danial Boon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VC zoetwater's Gong Ying Zheng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gong Ying Zheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danial Boon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Bernardo Sharkin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albino Maiorga. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Sharkin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. When the referee ended the match the VC zoetwater players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
