An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Västerberg in the 8th minute of play forced São Miguel do Oeste.SC's goalkeeper Honorato Marz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lauro Mangueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zebastian Stenström went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 12th match minute, F.C Águias de Ouro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özen Mukremin to maneuver through the defense. Lauro Mangueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zebastian Stenström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, F.C Águias de Ouro's Rikardt Weybøl got a free kick in the 22nd minute. São Miguel do Oeste.SC were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after F.C Águias de Ouro's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teodosio Txordon took the corner. José Pedro Xavier got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kerem Aktürkoglu. Zebastian Stenström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lauro Mangueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. São Miguel do Oeste.SC's Zebastian Stenström got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Zebastian Stenström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Zebastian Stenström notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of F.C Águias de Ouro's Lauro Mangueira. Lauro Mangueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alessandro Carvalho hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute Zebastian Stenström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauro Mangueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of São Miguel do Oeste.SC booed when F.C Águias de Ouro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rikardt Weybøl didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Knut Västerberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, F.C Águias de Ouro's goal looked a bit too open when Zebastian Stenström came free, but Lauro Mangueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Knut Västerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Scarpa kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Amadeu Vergílio got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Khairil Lum. 66 minutes into the match, F.C Águias de Ouro's goalkeeper Lauro Mangueira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zebastian Stenström. In the 67th minute São Miguel do Oeste.SC were awarded a corner. Teodosio Txordon went to the cornerflag to take it. São Miguel do Oeste.SC's Teodosio Txordon was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lauro Mangueira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Knut Västerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Marz came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C Águias de Ouro's Knut Västerberg. But to his dismay, Knut Västerberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Zebastian Stenström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Lauro Mangueira made a huge save. 83 minutes into the match, F.C Águias de Ouro's goalkeeper Lauro Mangueira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zebastian Stenström. Zebastian Stenström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lauro Mangueira came out and tried to block the shot, but Zebastian Stenström slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 89th minute. Lauro Mangueira made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Zebastian Stenström sent off a good shot on target. São Miguel do Oeste.SC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
