Long Yuan De stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benito Lluterio's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, Benito Lluterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kalatakaya F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Benito Lluterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Long Yuan De showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Lluterio in the 13th minute of the match. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Luis Galarza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Kalatakaya F.C. from getting a goal against them. Long Yuan De took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Lluterio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Luis Galarza got control of the ball when Amin Kurd tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luis Galarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Svan in the 27th minute of the match. Kalatakaya F.C.'s attentive Tonete Abaurre managed to snatch the ball when Juan-Pablo Leyarte made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. A collision led to Astillero del Guayas getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Juan-Pablo Leyarte hit a great ball. After 31 played minutes Kalatakaya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Benito Lluterio. After 33 minutes of play, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Benito Lluterio made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Long Yuan De was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Mattias Svan fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Astillero del Guayas's protests and gave Mattias Svan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Astillero del Guayas getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Bagui Lizana hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute Benito Lluterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Yuan De saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Benito Lluterio made a precise shot to the right of Long Yuan De. Astillero del Guayas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Recep Guftar was substituted for Moises Kelemen. After the first half Kalatakaya F.C. were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Recep Guftar to make the kick off. If Dani Galiana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Recep Guftar in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Long Yuan De prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Recep Guftar in the 57th minute of play forced Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Long Yuan De to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Astillero del Guayas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alejandro Chumacero was slow to take the kick. During this time Kalatakaya F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. 59 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goal looked a bit too open when Recep Guftar came free, but Long Yuan De reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Recep Guftar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Long Yuan De. That made the score 0-5 in the 64 minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Long Yuan De had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benito Lluterio. The crowd rose to their feet as Benito Lluterio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Long Yuan De. That made the score 0-6 in the 71 minute of play. Tonete Abaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Long Yuan De tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Astillero del Guayas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Benito Lluterio scored to the left of an out of position Long Yuan De, making the score, 0-7. 79 minutes into the match, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Benito Lluterio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Long Yuan De narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ziemowit Lampa thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Long Yuan De, a very annoying self made goal in the 80th minute which led to 0-8. Benito Lluterio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Long Yuan De made a huge save. The supporters of Astillero del Guayas booed when Kalatakaya F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tonete Abaurre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Lluterio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Long Yuan De came out and tried to block the shot, but Benito Lluterio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 88th minute.
