When Rivermania FC's Erasmo Lorencio in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cachaça FC's goalie prevented a goal. Rivermania FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Victor Bazkoare in the 10th minute. The corner ended in Ana Tatangelo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cachaça FC's Cássio da Silva did a great save. Cássio da Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Lorencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Rivermania FC's 叶翀文 to fire away a dangerous shot which Cássio da Silva despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Erasmo Lorencio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cássio da Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Rivermania FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Victor Bazkoare in the 20th minute. The corner ended in Victor Bazkoare almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cachaça FC's Cássio da Silva did a great save. 22 minutes into the match, Natã Cardoso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severino Hulberto. Rivermania FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natã Cardoso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Cássio da Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Santxol in the 25th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cachaça FC's zone, Erasmo Lorencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cássio da Silva came out of the goal and Erasmo Lorencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Lorencio in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cássio da Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cachaça FC's Cássio da Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Lorencio in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute of the match Rivermania FC got a corner. Cachaça FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Victor Bazkoare ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rivermania FC's Alejandro Uhin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cássio da Silva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 36 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Uhin. Severino Hulberto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Edvaldo Paraibano. In the 39th minute Natã Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Hulberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Erasmo Lorencio put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cássio da Silva. Erasmo Lorencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Erasmo Lorencio scored 1-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cássio da Silva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ana Tatangelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 60 minutes, Erasmo Lorencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivermania FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Lorencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severino Hulberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederico de Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. With his leg Cássio da Silva managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Rivermania FC's Erasmo Lorencio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Severino Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolae Siclovan in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã Cardoso in the 71st minute of play forced Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Severino Hulberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Erasmo Lorencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cássio da Silva was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Rivermania FC made a substitution. Teodoro Foro replaced Amado Cuartio. After 76 minutes Cachaça FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victor Bazkoare who took care of the corner kick. Victor Bazkoare made a great header on Rivermania FC's corner, it was just that Cachaça FC's Cássio da Silva managed to reach the ball for a save. Frederico de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Hulberto having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tico Machado during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tico Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The Rivermania FC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Rivermania FC's Erasmo Lorencio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ana Tatangelo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Cássio da Silva when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Victor Bazkoare charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Bazkoare the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Victor Bazkoare. Cássio da Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 叶翀文 in the 90th minute of play. Victor Bazkoare struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Cássio da Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rivermania FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when 叶翀文 got free with Cássio da Silva in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Cachaça FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rivermania FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Rivermania FC.
