Tiaguinho Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Barr Point's Den Newland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enéas Leme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Barr Point's CJ Street shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Enéas Leme but with some difficulty. Enéas Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Bowler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Bowler got free with Enéas Leme in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, 27 de Mayo's Davi Novaes got a free kick in the 19th minute. Owen Welsh's late challenge caught a 27 de Mayo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Owen Welsh helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Barr Point getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Owen Welsh hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauan Amaral in the 23rd minute of play forced Barr Point's goalkeeper Jude Bonham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CJ Street could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Enéas Leme made a huge save. In the 31st minute Den Newland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Bowler got free with Enéas Leme in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 de Mayo's Enéas Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Den Newland in the 44th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Barr Point's zone, Kauan Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jude Bonham came out of the goal and Kauan Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and CJ Street made a kick off. Chris Bowler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enéas Leme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute, one of Barr Point:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barr Point. 57 minutes into the game, Ciro Gaspar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jude Bonham was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to 27 de Mayo getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ciro Gaspar hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kauan Amaral got free with Jude Bonham in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kauan Amarals short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Jude Bonham to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to 27 de Mayo getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Tiaguinho Moreno hit a great ball. In the 68th minute Den Newland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Leme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, 27 de Mayo's goal looked a bit too open when CJ Street came free, but Enéas Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 71 minutes, Kev Granger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barr Point and the 27 de Mayo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jude Bonham acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 72nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ciro Gaspar. 27 de Mayo's Enéas Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Bowler in the 74th minute of play. Ciro Gaspar lost his temper 76 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 77 minutes into the match, Terry Steele notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of 27 de Mayo's Enéas Leme. Enéas Leme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Den Newland took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enéas Leme. Enéas Leme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barr Point's goalkeeper Jude Bonham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, Dito Pirani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 27 de Mayo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barr Point the free kick. After a rather tough play, 27 de Mayo's Dito Pirani got a free kick in the 87th minute. A hard shot 90 in the game by Kauan Amaral from a close distance when the talented Jude Bonham managed to make a qualified save. Barr Point's players were relieved. In the 93rd minute, Den Newland made a precise shot to the right of Enéas Leme. 27 de Mayo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Barr Point walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
