Lanús were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after FC Norkins's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jake Hursey took the corner. After taking down the ball on Lanús's corner Jake Hursey fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leszek Pisarcik quite easily take care of the ball. Leszek Pisarcik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Gaskon, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Eloy Gaskon scored 3-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leszek Pisarcik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the match, FC Norkins's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Gaskon came free, but Leszek Pisarcik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94 played minutes FC Norkins got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Podolski. Leszek Pisarcik came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Lanús's Eloy Gaskon. But to his dismay, Eloy Gaskon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. There was no doubt that Lanús were the better team. Lanús's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
