Spectators: 196 (Terracing: 148, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) Ilgaz Şirvan made the kick off and thus started the match. 2 minutes into the game, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Daron Keen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Guimarães made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Caio da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Gustavo Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daron Keen in the 10th minute of play. Gustavo Guimarães didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ilgaz Şirvan went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 15th minute Caio da Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 played minutes Qikiqtarjuaq FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilton Boyles. Abel Bueno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Florinio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustavo Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilgaz Şirvan in the 19th minute of play. Gustavo Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd match minute, Club Deportivo Águila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Florinio to maneuver through the defense. Ilgaz Şirvan scored 0-3 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Guimarães, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Ilgaz Şirvan in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Deportivo Águila's goalie prevented a goal. Knud Venzin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Bueno having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalkeeper Abel Bueno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Knud Venzin. After 35 minutes of play, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Caio da Rocha made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustavo Guimarães was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th match minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Arthur to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Qikiqtarjuaq FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Hubert Arthur hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Qikiqtarjuaq FC's zone, Alberto Alvarenga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Bueno came out of the goal and Alberto Alvarenga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Gustavo Guimarães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ilgaz Şirvan's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Caio da Rocha scored 0-5 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Guimarães, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper Gustavo Guimarães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilber Leon. In the 68th minute Ilgaz Şirvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Club Deportivo Águila's Gustavo Guimarães got control of the ball when Caio da Rocha tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Finocchio to maneuver through the defense. In the 74thth minute of the game Dário Diniz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Abel Bueno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Anselmo Finocchio in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Deportivo Águila's Manuel Reyes. In the 77th minute, Anselmo Finocchio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Diniz came free, but Abel Bueno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Diniz in the 82nd minute of play forced Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalkeeper Abel Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Finocchio hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 86 minutes, Knud Venzin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Deportivo Águila and the Qikiqtarjuaq FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Qikiqtarjuaq FC booed when Club Deportivo Águila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knud Venzin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Deportivo Águila's Gustavo Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Dostie in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute of the match Qikiqtarjuaq FC got a corner. Club Deportivo Águila's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daron Keen ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Wilber Leon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gustavo Guimarães quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
