Tadeo Udalaitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Cazacu went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. C.F Intercity's Jeremie Van Nel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Erramun in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Machine Gun Kelly made a substitution. Tony Parker replaced Sebastian Kismi. The wind increased when Olivar Ribeiro made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olivar Ribeiro in the 90th minute of play forced Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Tadeo Udalaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Aristides Boniel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
