After 3 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Toro Martínez. Ziya Özcakir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Selatse having to interfere. Tadeo Lesardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Selatse having to make a save. Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Lesardo in the 8th minute of play. Tadeo Lesardo scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Selatse, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Despidida AFC's Kajetan Gdowik got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Modesto Jaunzuria in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Despidida AFC's Justino Elequemedo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toro Martínez in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Nihat Yıldıray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tadeo Lesardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Selatse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Lesardo in the 31st minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Lesardo in the 36th minute of play. Estación Q.'s Arif Nihat Yıldıray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kajetan Gdowik in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Despidida AFC's Toro Martínez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. 43 minutes into the game, Toro Martínez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Arif Nihat Yıldıray was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toro Martínez to strike the kick off in the second half. Despidida AFC made a substitution. Emiliano Velasco replaced Toro Martínez. Estación Q.'s Nils-Erik Kellman managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Feliksas Fenichev in the 66 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinu Ivănescu in the 67th minute of play forced Estación Q.'s goalkeeper Arif Nihat Yıldıray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Nihat Yıldıray stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dinu Ivănescu's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Arif Nihat Yıldıray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Ivănescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Arif Nihat Yıldıray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Velasco in the 73rd minute of the match. Arif Nihat Yıldıray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Ivănescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Ferenc Puskás replaced Paulinho Gonçalves. Ferenc Puskás succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 96th playminute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
