The audience was convinced that Henk Veerman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredinho Gerber was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Martin Johansson succeeded in the game's 16th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Teodoro Nikola slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Çakır Alyakut. That made the score 2-1 after 22 minutes of play. Alfredinho Gerber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henk Veerman in the 24th minute of the match. Sergio Mustafa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Alfredinho Gerber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rıdvan Balıkçı in the 30th minute of play.
