In the 11th match minute, Sportivo Luan Toro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Iigo to maneuver through the defense. Sportivo Luan Toro's Jo Barone got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Homan in the 14th minute of play forced Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Philippe-Arnaud Van Cleijnenbreugel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Homan in the 17th minute of play forced Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix van As in the 18th minute of play. After 39 minutes of play, SV Balverliefd's Steven Homan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robert Davison was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yorrick Zoethout made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olli Fiedler in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Yorrick Zoethout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olli Fiedler in the 57th minute of play. Robert Davison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steven Homan in the 60th minute. Sportivo Luan Toro made a substitution. Justino Roland replaced Alberto Fidencio. A collision led to Sportivo Luan Toro getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Martins Palermo hit a great ball. Steven Homan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Davison having to interfere. If Steven Homan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Robert Davison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steven Homan in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute Martins Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yorrick Zoethout stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martins Palermo's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. The throw-in from Jimmy Stenberg in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sportivo Luan Toro's Marcial Iigo. Yorrick Zoethout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martins Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Sportivo Luan Toro's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guaberto Bento in the 88th minute. After taking down the ball on Sportivo Luan Toro's corner Guaberto Bento fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yorrick Zoethout quite easily take care of the ball. Yorrick Zoethout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martins Palermo in the 89th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steven Homan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Roland in the 95th minute of play forced SV Balverliefd's goalkeeper Yorrick Zoethout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Justino Roland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yorrick Zoethout. SV Balverliefd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justino Roland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. SV Balverliefd's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
