In the 22nd minute, Maurinho Mendonça reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chico Donato. The goal made the score 3-0. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Chico Donato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save DIPLOMATA FC PAB from getting a goal against them. Franz Beckenbauer made in the 27th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Maurinho Mendonça immediately put the ball in play. José Augusto Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Maurinho Mendonça took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Donato. Chico Donato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in DIPLOMATA FC PAB's zone, Maurinho Mendonça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chico Donato came out of the goal and Maurinho Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 34 played minutes DIPLOMATA FC PAB got a freekick which was hit by Song Xiong Hong. When Maurinho Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Brazil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maurinho Mendonça couldn't finish the play. Song Xiong Hong hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olivier Gilg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chico Donato didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maurinho Mendonça went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Olivier Gilg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dida Martins having to make a save. 60 minutes into the match, Brazil's goal looked a bit too open when Olivier Gilg came free, but Dida Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the DIPLOMATA FC PAB defense, Maurinho Mendonça kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chico Donato. The DIPLOMATA FC PAB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chico Donato should have stopped the shot. Brazil's Marco Vianna was substituted for Maurinho Mendonça. Brazil made a substitution. Clayton Gol replaced Morales Moreira. Chico Donato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goal looked a bit too open when Saulão Chettle came free, but Chico Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's José Augusto Lara got a free kick in the 70th minute. Clayton Gol took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Donato. Chico Donato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The audience was convinced that Clayton Gol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chico Donato was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 84th minute Saulão Chettle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 minutes, Olivier Gilg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DIPLOMATA FC PAB and the Brazil players grew even worse after the yellow card. Olivier Gilg kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Clayton Gol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brazil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clayton Gol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chico Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Vianna in the 93rd minute of play forced DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Chico Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute Clayton Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Brazil fully deserved thier win.
