Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Caicedo Berrondo took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga got control of the ball when Leonardo Lane tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11thth minute of the game Mugurel Balaeț who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mugurel Balaeț in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oso Amezaga saved C.A. GUAYACO from getting behind. In the 13th minute, Sergey Krasinskiy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zamalek FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Mugurel Balaeț sped through C.A. GUAYACO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oso Amezaga. 20 minutes into the match, C.A. GUAYACO's goalkeeper Oso Amezaga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mugurel Balaeț. Rhys Dimmock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Abastas in the 22nd minute of play. Oso Amezaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergey Krasinskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Lane in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oso Amezaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oso Amezaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergey Krasinskiy in the 25th minute of play. In the 30th minute Fred Kirkpatrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oso Amezaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rhys Dimmock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariusz Rykaczewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga got control of the ball when Mugurel Balaeț tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oso Amezaga made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Tytus Banaszak sent off a good shot on target. Mugurel Balaeț in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oso Amezaga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 42nd minute, Sérgio Silveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mugurel Balaeț could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Oso Amezaga made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mugurel Balaeț made a kick off. Walme Saucedo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugurel Balaeț in the 61st minute of play forced C.A. GUAYACO's goalkeeper Oso Amezaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sérgio Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Rhys Dimmock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.A. GUAYACO made a substitution. Mendoza Joseph replaced Caicedo Berrondo. After a rather tough play, C.A. GUAYACO's Marcelo Abastas got a free kick in the 69th minute. C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Balaeț in the 70th minute of play. After 75 played minutes Zamalek FC got a freekick which was hit by Filip Stăniloaie. A collision led to Zamalek FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Filip Stăniloaie hit a great ball. Zamalek FC's Tytus Banaszak got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Mugurel Balaeț notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga. Oso Amezaga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rhys Dimmock made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariusz Rykaczewski in the 89th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mendoza Joseph got free with Rhys Dimmock in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute Fred Kirkpatrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oso Amezaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zamalek FC's Rhys Dimmock proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Zamalek FC from getting a goal against them. Mendoza Joseph did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-1 to the left of a surprised Rhys Dimmock 95 minutes into the match. C.A. GUAYACO's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
