In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Péter Mészáros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Argentinean Patriots 1816's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gualterio Daunte in the 9th minute. A nice corner shot did that Gualterio Daunte got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Péter Mészáros quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With his leg Péter Mészáros managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Argentinean Patriots 1816's Bello Cura fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 17th minute Argentinean Patriots 1816 were awarded a corner. Gualterio Daunte went to the cornerflag to take it. Gualterio Daunte made a great header on Argentinean Patriots 1816's corner, it was just that Csabagyöngye's Péter Mészáros managed to reach the ball for a save. Péter Mészáros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bello Cura in the 18th minute of the match. Baldomiro Ospetsu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by János Kovács in the 23rd minute of play forced Argentinean Patriots 1816's goalkeeper Isidoro Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Fabelo in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Rio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute Gabriel Fabelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Csabagyöngye were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Argentinean Patriots 1816's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rich Durbridge took the corner. 38 minutes into the match, Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Péter Mészáros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Noé Nouveau. Isidoro Rio came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Csabagyöngye's Gabriel Fabelo. But to his dismay, Gabriel Fabelo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Argentinean Patriots 1816 made a substitution. Ben-Ami Ranchin replaced Noé Nouveau. Dario Iztal struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Péter Mészáros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argentinean Patriots 1816. With a little luck, Argentinean Patriots 1816's Isidoro Rio got control of the ball when János Kovács tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Lajos Kárpáthy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Csabagyöngye made a substitution. Conrado Saraiva replaced Gergely Dobi. In the 73rd match minute, Csabagyöngye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lajos Kárpáthy to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Fabelo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Isidoro Rio made a huge save. Isidoro Rio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Róbert Dömötör in the 79th minute. Isidoro Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Saraiva in the 82nd minute of the match. Ben-Ami Ranchin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Péter Mészáros having to interfere. The supporters of Argentinean Patriots 1816 booed when Csabagyöngye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. János Kovács didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ben-Ami Ranchin was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Argentinean Patriots 1816's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Csabagyöngye's Gabriel Fabelo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isidoro Rio. That made the score 0-2 after 95 minutes of play. When the match was over Csabagyöngye could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Argentinean Patriots 1816 throughout the match.
