Spectators: 397 (Terracing: 299, Seating: 91, VIP seats: 7) Matei Blaga made the kick off and thus started the match. 2 minutes into the match, -BZF- Chimia Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Vergulescu came free, but Aurel Boteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matei Comișel took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurel Boteanu. Aurel Boteanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 5 played minutes -BZF- Chimia Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Iacob Pamfil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandu Munteanu in the 6th minute of play forced -BZF- Chimia Buzau's goalkeeper Aurel Boteanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8thth minute of the game Dacian Patrichi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF- Chimia Buzau's Aurel Boteanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to -BZF- Chimia Buzau getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Răzvan Bara hit a great ball. If Sandu Munteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dacian Patrichi in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurel Boteanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Virgil Vergulescu fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rovine Craiova's protests and gave Virgil Vergulescu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of -BZF- Chimia Buzau booed when Rovine Craiova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgil Vergulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in -BZF- Chimia Buzau's zone, Sandu Munteanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurel Boteanu came out of the goal and Sandu Munteanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Dacian Patrichi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurel Boteanu. -BZF- Chimia Buzau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dacian Patrichi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Sandu Munteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute Dacian Patrichi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurel Boteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dacian Patrichi made a kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Dacian Patrichi from a close distance when the talented Aurel Boteanu managed to make a qualified save. -BZF- Chimia Buzau's players were relieved. After 53 played minutes Rovine Craiova got a freekick which was hit by Dacian Patrichi. Cezar Ghinescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Poenaru in the 55th minute of the match. -BZF- Chimia Buzau's Aurel Boteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matei Comișel in the 57th minute of play. Aurel Boteanu was a little too slow when Sandu Munteanu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 64th minute, Rovine Craiova's Matei Comișel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Matei Comișel's late challenge caught a -BZF- Chimia Buzau's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matei Comișel helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of -BZF- Chimia Buzau booed when Rovine Craiova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matei Comișel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dacian Patrichi in the 82nd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Aurel Boteanu kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-7 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. 86 minutes into the match, -BZF- Chimia Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Vergulescu came free, but Aurel Boteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. -BZF- Chimia Buzau's Aurel Boteanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Chimia Buzau from getting a goal against them. Dacian Patrichi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Aurel Boteanu made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded Rovine Craiova left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than -BZF- Chimia Buzau.
