Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leopold Asselberghs started the match with the kick off. Bárður Mikkelsen charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bárður Mikkelsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bárður Mikkelsen kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Jóhan Løkin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uno Strömqvist in the 9th minute. Jóhan Løkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopold Asselberghs, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Jóhan Løkin made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Leopold Asselberghs sent off a good shot on target. Durlabha Burlaka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jón Pauli Samuelsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 24 played minutes CD Calle Gimena got a freekick which was hit by Manfred Bjurström. 25 minutes into the match, CD Calle Gimena's goal looked a bit too open when Jón Pauli Samuelsen came free, but Durlabha Burlaka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jóhan Løkin was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Leopold Asselberghs capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leopold Asselberghs really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Albin Tomasson hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, U21 Faroe Islands's goal looked a bit too open when Leopold Asselberghs came free, but Jóhan Løkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopold Asselberghs in the 35th minute of play forced U21 Faroe Islands's goalkeeper Jóhan Løkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Manfred Bjurström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manfred Bjurström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marni Simonsen kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Leopold Asselberghs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Óli Hansen to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, U21 Faroe Islands's goal looked a bit too open when Vigil Torres came free, but Jóhan Løkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute Leopold Asselberghs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jóhan Løkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uno Strömqvist in the 55th minute of play forced U21 Faroe Islands's goalkeeper Jóhan Løkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the CD Calle Gimena defense, Jón Pauli Samuelsen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Durlabha Burlaka. The CD Calle Gimena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durlabha Burlaka should have stopped the shot. Jóhan Løkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopold Asselberghs in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match CD Calle Gimena got a corner. U21 Faroe Islands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Milan Škrinjar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jóhan Løkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopold Asselberghs in the 66th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Óli Hansen in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Durlabha Burlaka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Leopold Asselberghs sped through U21 Faroe Islands's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jóhan Løkin. Bárður Mikkelsen got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. CD Calle Gimena's Manfred Bjurström got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jóhan Løkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopold Asselberghs in the 79th minute of the match. After 81 minutes of play, CD Calle Gimena's Leopold Asselberghs made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jóhan Løkin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jóhan Løkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfred Bjurström in the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute of the match CD Calle Gimena got a corner. U21 Faroe Islands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jóhan Løkin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. When the referee ended the match the CD Calle Gimena players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
