Augustin Milcu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manole Tăcutu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cazimir Trişcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 13 played minutes -BZF- Valea Buzăului got a freekick which was hit by Cosmin Galiceanu. Juventus Țiu's Augustin Milcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costică Stoleru in the 15th minute of play. Manole Tăcutu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Uzuneanu in the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Juventus Țiu getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Cazimir Trişcu hit a great ball. Mugurel Buda's late challenge caught a -BZF- Valea Buzăului's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mugurel Buda helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st minute, Mugurel Buda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Cezar Berevoescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augustin Milcu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 32ndth minute of the game Cazimir Trişcu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Manole Tăcutu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manole Tăcutu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cazimir Trişcu's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ionel Scripcaru in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manole Tăcutu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Manole Tăcutu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Uzuneanu in the 51st minute of the match. Horia Corbu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manole Tăcutu having to interfere. In the 56thth minute of the game Victor Uzuneanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Manole Tăcutu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 58th minute Victor Uzuneanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manole Tăcutu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Uzuneanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manole Tăcutu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Uzuneanu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute, Horia Corbu made a precise shot to the right of Manole Tăcutu. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Cezar Berevoescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cezar Berevoescus short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Augustin Milcu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Juventus Țiu's Augustin Milcu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Juventus Țiu from getting a goal against them. In the 81st match minute, Juventus Țiu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liviu Oncescu to maneuver through the defense. Augustin Milcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Dragoș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Leontin Stegaru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augustin Milcu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 94 minutes into the game, Rareș Lipan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus Țiu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave -BZF- Valea Buzăului the free kick. In the 94th match minute, Juventus Țiu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Lipan to maneuver through the defense. Augustin Milcu came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Leontin Stegaru. But to his dismay, Leontin Stegaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The Juventus Țiu supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching -BZF- Valea Buzăului's performance. The match ended with a win for -BZF- Valea Buzăului.
