The ATHLETICO PRaiano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodriguinho Sousa should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 33rd minute of play forced ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Deilmison van Basten notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Amboy FC's Ariel Mourelatos. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Amboy FC's zone, Unax Mudarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Mourelatos came out of the goal and Unax Mudarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amboy FC's Ruperto Modestio got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Rodriguinho Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ariel Mourelatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 81 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Deilmison van Basten came free, but Ariel Mourelatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán managed to get in a good position for a shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Amboy FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
