Ariel Mourelatos made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Niks Mus sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Dum Dum Boys Athletics getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Dag Liseth hit a great ball. Trond Bjørheim came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Amboy FC's Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán. But to his dismay, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Ruperto Modestio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amboy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruperto Modestio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trond Bjørheim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Niks Mus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Niks Mus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Ariel Mourelatos made a huge save. If Niks Mus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Ingar Rindal got a free kick in the 37th minute. Trond Bjørheim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 42 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Naelio. The Dum Dum Boys Athletics players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Amboy FC were winning 0-1.

Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Trond Bjørheim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amboy FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niks Mus in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Mourelatos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trond Bjørheim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shi Sha Quan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 67 minutes, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amboy FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ingar Rindal kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Dum Dum Boys Athletics's goalkeeper Trond Bjørheim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán. In the 82nd minute, Cornelio Rius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ariel Mourelatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niks Mus in the 82nd minute of play. Cornelio Rius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Niks Mus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ariel Mourelatos was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 91st minute Ingar Rindal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Mourelatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Amboy FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
