The referee ignored Implant de Ego ™'s protests and gave Vintilă Gârneț a yellow card for diving instead. Vintilă Gârneț hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute, Codrin Dragalina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as A4p FC Gad's Liviu Halipa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Toader Melentie. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. The supporters of A4p FC Gad booed when Implant de Ego ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mircea Şumălan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vlad Uzuneanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Codrin Dragalina's late challenge caught a Implant de Ego ™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Codrin Dragalina helped the player get up and apologised. Codrin Dragalina kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Pompiliu Zăraşcu charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ion Bianu got free with Toader Melentie in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th match minute, A4p FC Gad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liviu Halipa to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Iacobescu during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Implant de Ego ™'s Dan Iacobescu got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Liviu Halipa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Toader Melentie made a huge save. When Dragoş Chindriș fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Olimpiu Târlea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, A4p FC Gad's Nechifor Sorin got a free kick in the 67th minute. Pompiliu Huțupan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute, Mădălin Antohi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 minutes, Mircea Şumălan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Implant de Ego ™ and the A4p FC Gad players grew even worse after the yellow card.
