Spectators: 409 (Terracing: 307, Seating: 94, VIP seats: 8) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cosmin Bobeica got the match started through his kick off. Petruț Ţopescu made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Cornel Mihai sent off a good shot on target. Petruț Ţopescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosmin Bobeica in the 5th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolae Mandache during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicolae Mandache hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Cristian Baștină kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 15 minutes, Eugen Codin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Delphine Stars and the Minerul Baita -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Delphine Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gică Melinte to maneuver through the defense. Cornel Mihai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Petruț Ţopescu made a huge save. Damian Cudalb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelian Vârlan having to interfere. Aurelian Vârlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Cudalb in the 21st minute of play. After 22 played minutes Delphine Stars got a freekick which was hit by Costică Vărzaru. Petruț Ţopescu came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cosmin Bobeica. But to his dismay, Cosmin Bobeica quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Cornel Mihai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petruț Ţopescu having to interfere. Cornel Mihai took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petruț Ţopescu. Petruț Ţopescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maxim Grecescu during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Minerul Baita -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxim Grecescu to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 51st minute, Costică Vărzaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 52nd minute, Gică Melinte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelian Vârlan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 55th match minute, Delphine Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabin Soneriu to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Maxim Grecescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gică Melinte came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aurelian Vârlan could save by the left post. 61 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Aurelian Vârlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelian Ţăranu. After 62 minutes, Fabian Grozuță mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Minerul Baita -MM- and the Delphine Stars players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fabian Grozuță kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of Minerul Baita -MM- booed when Delphine Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Cudalb didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Delphine Stars getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Sabin Crușeveanu hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Cornel Mihai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Costică Vărzaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gică Melinte's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Aurelian Vârlan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Delphine Stars's Petruț Ţopescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornel Mihai in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Delphine Stars's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cosmin Bobeica was slow to take the kick. During this time Minerul Baita -MM-'s players had a chance to rest. Aurelian Vârlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Cudalb in the 80th minute of play. Petruț Ţopescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolae Mandache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Tudor Hobjilă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gică Melinte scored 2-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelian Vârlan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
