Luís Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Fabian Arendarski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Zagłębie Dąbrowskie from getting a goal against them. In the 25th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Braga to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute of the match VB-Team got a corner. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luís Braga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fabian Arendarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 35th minute of the match. After 35 played minutes VB-Team got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Leitão. Armindo Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Scislowicz in the 37th minute of the match. Fabian Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 38th minute of play. Fabian Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervásio Severiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Scislowicz in the 40th minute of play. Luís Braga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Edgar Scislowicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armindo Salgado. VB-Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Scislowicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Edgar Scislowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Edgar Scislowicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armindo Salgado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Scislowicz in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Scislowicz in the 57th minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armindo Salgado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Scislowicz's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After 58 played minutes VB-Team got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim de Barros. Ömür Seyfeddin hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Joaquim de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Arendarski having to interfere. VB-Team's Qiu Sheng Bang was substituted for Sandro Leitão. VB-Team's Luís Caeiro was substituted for Joaquim de Barros. Fabian Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 69th minute of play. Armindo Salgado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karol Biskupiak in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Otto Alberg got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Gervásio Severiano struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Fabian Arendarski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VB-Team. Armindo Salgado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Kon in the 75th minute. Fabian Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 77th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Caeiro in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Arendarski saved Zagłębie Dąbrowskie from getting behind. Luís Caeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Arendarski having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Shao Kun Yuan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fabian Arendarski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 88th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Braga to maneuver through the defense. Roman Kon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Armindo Salgado made a huge save. Grzegorz Jankowski hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Luís Braga managed to get in a good position for a shot. VB-Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Braga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Arendarski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ömür Seyfeddin in the 95th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
