Scorpions -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Steaua Pildesti the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Augustin Radu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mihai Stoleru hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Luca Corcoveanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augustin Radu went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Gheorghe Vlăsiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iurie Cocoș having to interfere. After 13 played minutes Scorpions -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Mihai Stoleru. When FC Steaua Pildesti's Gheorghe Vlăsiu in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Iurie Cocoș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Jdeica in the 20th minute of the match. Eric Cimpoieru kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Eric Cimpoieru kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luca Corcoveanu. That made the score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. Edgar Jdeica scored 2-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iurie Cocoș, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Scorpions -MM-'s Iurie Cocoș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gheorghe Vlăsiu in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Avram Golescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Scorpions -MM-'s Aurelian Dănănae was substituted for Fabian Orășan. After 57 played minutes Scorpions -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Alexandru Zăvoiu. Luca Corcoveanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Cimpoieru in the 59th minute of play. Iurie Cocoș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gheorghe Vlăsiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Fărcașu in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luca Corcoveanu saved FC Steaua Pildesti from getting behind. Aurelian Dănănae took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luca Corcoveanu. Luca Corcoveanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Iurie Cocoș made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Edgar Jdeica sent off a good shot on target. After 74 minutes of play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Edgar Jdeica made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iurie Cocoș was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edgar Jdeica could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Iurie Cocoș made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Steaua Pildesti's Edgar Jdeica slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iurie Cocoș. That made the score 3-3 after 78 minutes of play. Scorpions -MM-'s Iurie Cocoș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Jdeica in the 81st minute of play. In the 86th minute, Edgar Jdeica left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Steaua Pildesti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. 96 minutes into the match, FC Steaua Pildesti's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Fărcașu came free, but Luca Corcoveanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Steaua Pildesti eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
