A collision led to BK Ugglan getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Tor Ek hit a great ball. In the 3rdth minute of the game Herman Nordgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BK Ugglan's Thor Bergqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 5th minute of the match, Per-Oskar Lindholm tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tommy Örtendal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Henry Wallin kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Per Linquist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Örtendal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vattnäs SK's zone, Max Grönberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Örtendal came out of the goal and Max Grönberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Örtendal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Nyman in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Vattnäs SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dick Brenner to maneuver through the defense. BK Ugglan's Max Grönberg got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Per-Oskar Lindholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jörn Kruse blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thor Bergqvist having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Nordgren in the 17th minute of play forced BK Ugglan's goalkeeper Thor Bergqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Vattnäs SK getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jakob Kellman hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Max Grönberg during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 22 played minutes BK Ugglan got a freekick which was hit by Max Grönberg. Inge Jansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. BK Ugglan's Thor Bergqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herman Nordgren in the 27th minute of play. Patrik Smefeldt hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 38th match minute, Vattnäs SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dick Brenner to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, BK Ugglan's Bernt Nyman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Örtendal. Tommy Örtendal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Max Grönberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inge Jansson during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 51st match minute, Vattnäs SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inge Jansson to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Örtendal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Linquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Tommy Örtendal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Nyman in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Verner Vikström threw the ball into play from the sideline. BK Ugglan's Tor Ek quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 62 minutes into the match, Vattnäs SK's goal looked a bit too open when Max Grönberg came free, but Tommy Örtendal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Örtendal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernt Nyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Oskar Lindholm in the 71st minute of play forced Vattnäs SK's goalkeeper Tommy Örtendal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernt Nyman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Örtendal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. With a little luck, BK Ugglan's Thor Bergqvist got control of the ball when Herman Nordgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 77 played minutes Vattnäs SK got a freekick which was hit by Henry Wallin. In the 79th match minute, Vattnäs SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Wallin to maneuver through the defense. When Herman Nordgren came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Vattnäs SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herman Nordgren couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the match, Vattnäs SK's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Nyman came free, but Tommy Örtendal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Max Grönberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Tommy Örtendal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Örtendal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernt Nyman, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Inge Jansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
