The tension between the Black Diamond and the Tornadele Siret players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Black Diamond getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Marcel Stoian hit a great ball. Dacian Ghioncu hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. When Dumitru Oblemenco in the 12th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Vali Brătescu kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Tornadele Siret's Nicolae Manafu got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Marcel Stoian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Black Diamond's Dacian Ghioncu got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Black Diamond's goal looked a bit too open when Dumitru Oblemenco came free, but Vali Brătescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Corneliu Vârșan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tornadele Siret's supporters rose to their feet, but Corneliu Vârșan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vali Brătescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 35th minute of the match Marcel Stoian completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marcel Stoian a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Black Diamond's Marcel Stoian got a free kick in the 36th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Nicolae Manafu notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Black Diamond's Vali Brătescu. Vali Brătescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dumitru Oblemenco in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vali Brătescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Matei Durbac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Codrin Albescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Ghioncu in the 58th minute of play. Vali Brătescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corneliu Vârșan in the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corneliu Vârșan in the 70th minute of play forced Black Diamond's goalkeeper Vali Brătescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Black Diamond's Dacian Ghioncu got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Tornadele Siret booed when Black Diamond was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinu Enache didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dinu Enache during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th match minute, Black Diamond was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinu Enache to maneuver through the defense. If Nicolae Manafu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vali Brătescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corneliu Vârșan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dumitru Oblemenco struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Vali Brătescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tornadele Siret. For all the effort they put into the match, the Black Diamond players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tornadele Siret.
