The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Tristezza got free with Leonel Rocco in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Miguel Ángel Benito notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Grandi Lupi's Alfonz Kállai. Alfonz Kállai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 95 played minutes Grandi Lupi got a freekick which was hit by Pál Pintér. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
