Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Song Xiong Hong ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on DIPLOMATA FC PAB's corner Song Xiong Hong fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ian Little quite easily take care of the ball. Gunnar Retov made in the 8th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sacha Lilley. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Marek Brayford scored to the left of an out of position Chico Donato, making the score, 1-0. The supporters of DIPLOMATA FC PAB booed when Astreix&ObelixSoccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakub Moizuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Marek Brayford in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a left leg Chico Donato saved DIPLOMATA FC PAB from getting behind. Stig Svanberg kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When Olivier Gilg came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the DIPLOMATA FC PAB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olivier Gilg couldn't finish the play.

Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Zheng Shi Yang was substituted for Allan Callens. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramón Furtado was the one to do the kick off. Chico Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank McLintock in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Furtado came free, but Ian Little reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alan Franco hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Chico Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank McLintock in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Frank McLintock cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Chico Donato was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of DIPLOMATA FC PAB booed when Astreix&ObelixSoccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig Svanberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Astreix&ObelixSoccer's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Song Xiong Hong was slow to take the kick. During this time DIPLOMATA FC PAB's players had a chance to rest. Ramón Furtado in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Chico Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank McLintock in the 83rd minute of the match. Ian Little stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramón Furtado's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. DIPLOMATA FC PAB:s Chico Donato showed great skill when he stopped Manuel Viñaspre:s penalty. Manuel Viñaspre scored 4-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chico Donato, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frank McLintock's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chico Donato read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
