Doni Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Ismael Sanches made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Nunez Gizon sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the match, Nunez Gizon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ismael Sanches, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Gizon got free with Ismael Sanches in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ismael Sanches made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nunez Gizon in the 22nd minute. Ismael Sanches was a little too slow when Adan Gonza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-1. 26 minutes into the match, Urutu FC's Paulinho Custódio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guaberto Cucao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Urutu FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dino Botelho in the 27th minute. Ismael Sanches made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Nunez Gizon sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th match minute, Urutu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Túlio de Amorim to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute, Aílton Guimarães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute, Mainumby's Ladislao Serafo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Guaberto Cucao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maicon Amorim in the 37th minute of the match. Guaberto Cucao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maicon Amorim in the 39th minute of play. Nunez Gizon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Ismael Sanches when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mainumby's Lázaro Chap was substituted for Adan Gonza. Mainumby made a substitution. Victor Gelmiro replaced Dionisio Acevedo. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nunez Gizon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 64 minutes into the match, Urutu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Chap came free, but Ismael Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guaberto Cucao made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Aílton Guimarães sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Urutu FC's Paulinho Custódio got a free kick in the 69th minute. Lázaro Chap received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ismael Sanches tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aílton Guimarães made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 72ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Guaberto Cucao would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 93rd minute, Lázaro Chap left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mainumby fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Dudu Campidelis kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
