The Söderhall fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Clas Nørstrup could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Karl-Erik Norström made a huge save. Karl-Erik Norström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Wrzosek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The wind increased when Clas Nørstrup made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Zygmunt Wrzosek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Erik Norström was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 83rd minute Knut Rudberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svante Stenqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Söderhall's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
