The Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The throw-in from Mao Yan Yong in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by LOI's Habib Durukan. A hard shot 11 in the game by Sulo Montaña from a close distance when the talented Abelardo Janpier managed to make a qualified save. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's players were relieved. Enzo Cope's late challenge caught a LOI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Cope helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enzo Cope made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by LOI's Mehmet Akif Cerme. Abelardo Janpier was a little too slow when Sulo Montaña got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's zone, Özgür Özbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Janpier came out of the goal and Özgür Özbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Abelardo Janpier managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when LOI's Sulo Montaña fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 35th minute, Özgür Özbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th minute, LOI's Sulo Montaña ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abelardo Janpier. Abelardo Janpier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Sulo Montaña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abelardo Janpier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. If Habib Durukan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When LOI's Sulo Montaña in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goalie prevented a goal. Abelardo Janpier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sulo Montaña's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abelardo Janpier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özgür Özbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute of the match LOI got a corner. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Habib Durukan ran over to the corner to take the kick. 75 minutes into the match, LOI's Sulo Montaña sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abelardo Janpier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sulo Montaña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abelardo Janpier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Melquiades Lastur was substituted for Inaki Mirabal. LOI's Tayyip Taylan was substituted for Habib Durukan. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC made a substitution. Andreas Harlén replaced Zula Turek. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan was slow to take the kick. During this time LOI's players had a chance to rest. LOI's Ahmet Hamdi Ortan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abelardo Janpier in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Abelardo Janpier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sulo Montaña in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goalkeeper Abelardo Janpier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abelardo Janpier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sulo Montaña in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sulo Montaña came free, but Abelardo Janpier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 played minutes LOI got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Akif Cerme. LOI's Kerimhan Cevher was substituted for Sulo Montaña. The supporters of Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC booed when LOI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Akif Cerme didn't get a good kick on the ball.
