Spectators: 10 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Club Deportivo Castellón's Urko Alarcon started the match with a crisp pass. A collision led to Club Deportivo Castellón getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Villiam Qvarnström hit a great ball. When Adrian Våleman came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the ManagerZone Crew fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrian Våleman couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 19th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Castellón's goalkeeper Valdo Solo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Thorbjörn Olerius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urko Alarcon in the 35th minute of play forced ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Telesforo Redondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Deportivo Castellón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ManagerZone Crew the free kick. The supporters of ManagerZone Crew booed when Club Deportivo Castellón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Solo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorbjörn Olerius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Deportivo Castellón's Berbiz Campomanes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 89th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Patrick Armstrong but with some difficulty.
