With a little luck, Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa got control of the ball when Moises Inocente tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tincho Palermo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olivér Khan was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Platense es de Primera!!'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Honorato Bibiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Olivér Khan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Inocente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Mías Khalifa made a huge save. Mías Khalifa made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Moises Inocente sent off a good shot on target. Liviu Gherghescu kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Emir Kujović was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Platense es de Primera!!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Simbo FC the free kick. In the 45th match minute, Platense es de Primera!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emir Kujović to maneuver through the defense. Olivér Khan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximiliano Naelio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Moises Inocente struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Mías Khalifa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Platense es de Primera!!. After 56 played minutes Simbo FC got a freekick which was hit by William Weber. 56 minutes into the match, Platense es de Primera!!'s Maximiliano Naelio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 58 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olivér Khan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Platense es de Primera!!'s Jaime Su was substituted for Uriel Musko. Platense es de Primera!! made a substitution. Fermin Oroitz replaced Amadeo Ostadar. After a rather tough play, Simbo FC's Piotr Ostrowski got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Platense es de Primera!!'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sabri Ravelli was slow to take the kick. During this time Simbo FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 73rd minute Emir Kujović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mías Khalifa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 minutes, Ediberto de Amaral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Platense es de Primera!! and the Simbo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 74 played minutes Platense es de Primera!! got a freekick which was hit by Ediberto de Amaral. 78 minutes into the game, Miliano Sacristán cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Olivér Khan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 84 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olivér Khan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Miliano Sacristán kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olivér Khan. That made the score 1-3 in the 86 minute of play. Olivér Khan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miliano Sacristán, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
