Tobias Faro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Laurgain came free, but Ludomil Kajdasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaud Konieczny had several of the Social y Dep. Patagonia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Tobias Faro as he didn't even see the shot coming. Tobias Faro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimitri Bougault in the 33rd minute. Ludomil Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Mac Clure in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Teobaldo Urtzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaud Konieczny got free with Tobias Faro in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Renato Mac Clure made the kick off in the second half. Tobias Faro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitri Bougault, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Mac Clure came free, but Ludomil Kajdasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ioan Şerban blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ludomil Kajdasz having to make a save. Herblay's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
