Jens Schrape made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timeteo Hernani in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Angst vorm Ball's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ortzi Gustros was slow to take the kick. During this time ATLETICO HUILA F.C's players had a chance to rest. ATLETICO HUILA F.C's Juan Pablo Segovia was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jens Schrape in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 16 minutes FC Angst vorm Ball's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ortzi Gustros who took care of the corner kick. If Matthias Zahn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matthias Zahn got free with Beltza Morell in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joachim Krabbe came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Beltza Morell could save by the left post. 32 minutes into the match, ATLETICO HUILA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Köller came free, but Beltza Morell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joachim Krabbe got free with Beltza Morell in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the game, Hartmut Hägele cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Beltza Morell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matthias Zahn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The FC Angst vorm Ball fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when FC Angst vorm Ball's Joachim Krabbe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bilbo Frechas short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Jens Schrape to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 69 minutes into the match, ATLETICO HUILA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Hartmut Hägele came free, but Beltza Morell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When André Kjellqvist fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATLETICO HUILA F.C's protests and gave André Kjellqvist a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Angst vorm Ball booed when ATLETICO HUILA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Kjellqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beltza Morell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias Zahn in the 75th minute of the match. Raphael Narr's late challenge caught a ATLETICO HUILA F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raphael Narr helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ATLETICO HUILA F.C booed when FC Angst vorm Ball was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Narr didn't get a good kick on the ball.
