After taking down the ball on Capo de Provincia's corner César Pretot fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fabio Abalos quite easily take care of the ball. Capo de Provincia's Héctor Barra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Capo de Provincia from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fazil App in the 41st minute of play forced ionion's goalkeeper Fabio Abalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the ionion defense, Alejandro Martxelin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Abalos. The ionion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Abalos should have stopped the shot. Fabio Abalos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alejandro Martxelin went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Qiao Qi hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Capo de Provincia's Héctor Barra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Moisescu in the 87th minute of play. Fabio Abalos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alejandro Martxelin went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After having played for 93 minutes, Niculae Moisescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ionion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niculae Moisescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
