In the 5th play minute Edmund Nocny came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Chuan Cintron. 1-0. If Jurand Kosmatka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, Oscar De León had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patryk Olejarz. KS Zgredy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar De León was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Atlético Municipal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Claude Sena in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, KS Zgredy's Christiano Castro got a free kick in the 19th minute. Patryk Olejarz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar De León in the 20th minute of the match. In the 29th play minute Edmund Nocny came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Chuan Cintron. 2-2. Patryk Olejarz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Willie Colon went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 38th minute, Willie Colon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Municipal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. In the 42nd minute of the match Atlético Municipal got a corner. KS Zgredy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claude Sena ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mutu Surdu thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Patryk Olejarz, a very annoying self made goal in the 42nd minute which led to 2-5. After the first half Atlético Municipal were leading 2-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Atlético Municipal's Chuan Cintron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jurand Kosmatka in the 51st minute of play. Azubeli Roman charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Azubeli Roman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Azubeli Roman kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Edmund Nocny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chuan Cintron having to interfere. Atlético Municipal made a substitution. Gau Resto replaced Oscar De León. Willie Colon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patryk Olejarz having to interfere. Christiano Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Atlético Municipal defense, Edmund Nocny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chuan Cintron. The Atlético Municipal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chuan Cintron should have stopped the shot. Pedro Paulo Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. KS Zgredy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Willie Colon scored to the left of an out of position Patryk Olejarz, making the score, 3-6. Edmund Nocny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chuan Cintron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. KS Zgredy were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Atlético Municipal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Boruc Mlekodaj took the corner. KS Zgredy's Patryk Olejarz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save KS Zgredy from getting a goal against them. Atlético Municipal's Henry Fiola was substituted for Andoni Viguri. Chuan Cintron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Kosmatka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Willie Colon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Silvanito Gainza fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Municipal's protests and gave Silvanito Gainza a yellow card for diving instead.
