The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas Björkdahl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Casimiro Ugutz's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. A collision led to República de la Boca getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Alberto-Federico Acosta hit a great ball. Andreas Björkdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Ugutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nouvelle Vague were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after República de la Boca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Delmiro Emeterio took the corner. The corner led Nouvelle Vague's Delmiro Emeterio to fire away a dangerous shot which Andreas Björkdahl despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 20th minute Casimiro Ugutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Björkdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Björkdahl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Casimiro Ugutz went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 29 minutes into the game, Casimiro Ugutz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Andreas Björkdahl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 32 minutes into the game, Nouvelle Vague's Casimiro Ugutz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andreas Björkdahl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 34th minute Juninho Juni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Björkdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Casimiro Ugutz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benito Madaleno was the one to do the kick off. Casimiro Ugutz took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Björkdahl. Andreas Björkdahl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 58 minutes into the game, Nouvelle Vague's Casimiro Ugutz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. República de la Boca's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Luis Henrico scored to the left of an out of position Andreas Björkdahl, making the score, 0-11. 77 minutes into the match, Nouvelle Vague's Luis Henrico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andreas Björkdahl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luis Henrico who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Andreas Björkdahl when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luis Henrico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andreas Björkdahl having to make a save. Luis Henrico might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Björkdahl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Henrico ran back to his position shaking his head. Andreas Björkdahl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Henrico in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute, Nouvelle Vague's Luis Henrico dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-12. After having played for 93 minutes, Luis Henrico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nouvelle Vague's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Henrico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Luis Henrico dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andreas Björkdahl, 0-13.
