Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ogilvie's Adan Rolado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paulo Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Nicky Williamson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Jerano in the 11th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match OS IMPOSSIVEIS got a corner. Ogilvie's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Witold Gotfryd ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Witold Gotfryd to fire away a dangerous shot which Nestor Katia despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ernesto Ramalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Katia having to interfere. Nicky Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adan Rolado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by OS IMPOSSIVEIS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Venancio Idacio was slow to take the kick. During this time Ogilvie's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Vicente Lluc almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Nicky Williamson did a great save. Adan Rolado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute, Dedé de Toledo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bebeto de Azevedo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Venancio Idacio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 61st minute Witold Gotfryd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Katia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tião Messias's late challenge caught a Ogilvie's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tião Messias helped the player get up and apologised. Tião Messias hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ogilvie's Rolando Teofilio got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicky Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adan Rolado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was a well-played corner which Vicente Lluc managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Nestor Katia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witold Gotfryd in the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Witold Gotfryd made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Katia. Ogilvie's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Nicky Williamson made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Delmar Jerano sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to OS IMPOSSIVEIS getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Tião Messias hit a great ball. After 85 played minutes OS IMPOSSIVEIS got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Cardozo. 86 minutes into the match, Ogilvie's Venancio Idacio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Ogilvie booed when OS IMPOSSIVEIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rolando Edur kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Nestor Katia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witold Gotfryd, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Ogilvie's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
