After a rather tough play, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo got a free kick in the 8th minute. Cezary Bartoszek got a throw-in 10 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gernando Azevedo. Ruy Montenegro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Héctor Adomaitis in the 13th minute. Gernando Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Elpidio Curcio took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruy Montenegro. When Maximiliano Vime came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the DREAM TEAM WORLD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Vime couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gernando Azevedo made a kick off. Gernando Azevedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lu Zhen Sheng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Héctor Adomaitis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fred Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mendez Urquizu in the 93rd minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ruy Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gernando Azevedo hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Luiz Fabiano Castro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ruy Montenegro. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. DREAM TEAM WORLD's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
