Dinei Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Dos Reis in the 3rd minute of the match. SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Dos Reis in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Türk Polis Gücü booed when SeleSantos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute Zé Dos Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Dos Reis came free, but Dinei Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Dos Reis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dinei Pinheiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. When Zé Dos Reis came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Türk Polis Gücü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Dos Reis couldn't finish the play. Zé Dos Reis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dinei Pinheiro having to make a save. SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Dos Reis in the 18th minute of play. Türk Polis Gücü's Edmund Dulemba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Türk Polis Gücü from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Dos Reis in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dinei Pinheiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Zé Dos Reis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dinei Pinheiro was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Edmund Dulemba was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jacobo Casado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. Dinei Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Dos Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Norberto Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Türk Polis Gücü's goal looked a bit too open when Leif Törnqvist came free, but Edmund Dulemba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Zé Dos Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zé Dos Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 41 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Dos Reis came free, but Dinei Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Dos Reis in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dinei Pinheiro saved SeleSantos FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Zé Dos Reis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dinei Pinheiro was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Vânderson de Moraes hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute, Zé Dos Reis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Türk Polis Gücü fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niilo Mikkola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zé Dos Reis might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinei Pinheiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zé Dos Reis ran back to his position shaking his head. SeleSantos FC's Dinei Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Dos Reis in the 54th minute of play. Edmund Dulemba came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by SeleSantos FC's Leif Törnqvist. But to his dismay, Leif Törnqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Dos Reis in the 58th minute of play forced SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by SeleSantos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yngve Lindqvist was slow to take the kick. During this time Türk Polis Gücü's players had a chance to rest. Edmund Dulemba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niilo Mikkola in the 62nd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the game, Zé Dos Reis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dinei Pinheiro. Zé Dos Reis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Türk Polis Gücü made a substitution. Zaid Cevahir replaced Zé Dos Reis. Aílton Seco hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. SeleSantos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Zaid Cevahir scored to the left of an out of position Dinei Pinheiro, making the score, 2-3. Edmund Dulemba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Törnqvist in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Törnqvist in the 76th minute of play forced Türk Polis Gücü's goalkeeper Edmund Dulemba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SeleSantos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Niilo Mikkola in the 77th minute. The corner led SeleSantos FC's Niilo Mikkola to fire away a dangerous shot which Edmund Dulemba despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 82nd minute of the match SeleSantos FC got a corner. Türk Polis Gücü's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Niilo Mikkola ran over to the corner to take the kick. Niilo Mikkola made a great header on SeleSantos FC's corner, it was just that Türk Polis Gücü's Edmund Dulemba managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaid Cevahir in the 84th minute of play forced SeleSantos FC's goalkeeper Dinei Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Türk Polis Gücü's Zaid Cevahir slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dinei Pinheiro. That made the score 2-4 after 85 minutes of play. 90 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zaid Cevahir came free, but Dinei Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute of the match Türk Polis Gücü got a corner. SeleSantos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yngve Lindqvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Türk Polis Gücü's Poyraz Özkoc getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Dinei Pinheiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zaid Cevahir went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score.
